Coleridge is the head of Presper's human battalion in 2253. He is a former member of the Enclave, who wishes to restore the order, in Presper's new world.
Background[]
Before their downfall, Coleridge was a low ranking member in the Enclave. Now he owns it.
Well, he owns what is left of it, so he believes.
Presper infected a handful of Wasteland Citizens with the New Plague so they would be taken into Tibbet's Prison. Once there, Presper's men, who were not infected, would stage an attack on the prison, which would allow everyone to escape. This event would cause the infected prisoners to escape, whilst being monitored by B.O.M.B-001. ODYSSEUS would assess the viral spread, monitoring its progress.
Colebridge doesn't believe in killing civilians or people who don't threaten him and believes wholeheartedly in his crusade to restore the Enclave to its former glory. His faith in Presper cannot be shaken, believing all evils to be necessary.
He has lost an arm and his entire family to this cause and he will not give up now.
Behind the scenes[]
Coleridge's character has changed a bit, from being an NCR deserter to an Enclave Remnant and more convicted, towards his goal. He also has a relationship with the Prisoner(s), that is yet to be revealed.
