Angel is a member of the Crossguards and the right hand man of their leader, Elias. A towering brute with nearly inhuman strength, he serves as Elias' primary enforcer, using a combination of intimidation and cruel savagery to keep the Crossguards and the other inhabitants of Astoria in line.
