Mi-yŏng Mangjŏl (미영 망절) is a human scientist that appears in Fallout:Snowfall
Background[]
With the Eastern Brotherhood of Steel stretched fighting the Enclave, Mi-yŏng Mangjŏl joined a small fringe group of scientists dedicated to helping the migrants, the Purveyors of Wisdom.
Originally PoW intended on simply helping the migrants safely avoid disastrous weather patterns when travelling Canada. They lost their goal when they started to experiment with medicine and ballistics. The group has long since disbanded due to a number of reasons. The biggest one being a loss of members to experiments, in both the medical and ballistic field.
Mi-yŏng, luckily enough, was not part of those experiments. She had instead dedicated the core of her research to the seemingly unpredictable weather patterns, but she did study a moderate amount of medicine and some ballistics in her free time.
Now, Mi-yŏng is a wandering scientist armed with a Plasma Defender, some scientific equipment, medicine, small explosives, and a cautious heart. She will only help those she thinks need help, and is very suspicious of strangers.
She is currently in Toronto, helping out a clinic take care of its patients.
Personality[]
Mi-yŏng is a kind person, to those who do her no harm. She tries to help the local community when she travels between towns and cities. Her cautiousness, however, came from general experiences out in the wasteland. She doesn't take kindly to people who take advantage of her.

Mi-yŏng is equipped with a Plasma Defender and a variety of items (i.e medical equipment, portable weather stations, small explosives). Her standard combat clothing can be found here. It does not include the robot on the back.
