Michelle O'Connor is the sheriff and mayor of Jericho in 2253.
Background[]
Michelle O'Connor keeps the peace in Jericho or at least tries to. She has six deputies to assist her but will need more to hold back the squatters and the 215 Rail Line Powder Gang. Michelle, like Jeremiah Rigdon is in her early 30s. She doesn't see eye to eye with him but would prefer to co-exist than have open hostilities.
She is tough but fair and cares deeply for the town. She used to have a stutter but it isn't as bad as it once was. Still, people think she's not very bright, which works to her advantage.
She is a calm woman, who isn't prone to anger and dislikes violence but is willing to do anything that's necessary to protect the town. She carries a .223 rifle and a .45 revolver to deal with threats, which is quite weak and would be a problem against well armed attackers.

- Though O'Connor doesn't like thinking it, she fears that Jeremiah may be a threat to the town and could one day need to be taken out, along with his Hands of God.
- Vermin is infesting the town! Rats, roaches and Some Thing that is doing all kinds of weird shit.
- She would also like it if Hoover supplied them with water.
- Ivan has escaped and she would like it if he was brought back, dead. She wants him killed and hung outside the plant as an example to others.
