Joe is big, friendly and curious. He also smells like a dog's dinner and isn't the smartest of folk.
Anyone who gets to know him knows that he's actually a real piece of shit. He apparently murdered Dogbody's Dogs and might have raped someone, though nobody has been able to find proof. He has black hair, a fat face and overalls. Joe doesn't care about where he is as he is in it for the loot and you can find that anywhere.
He is friends with Murphy, though he is using him as a source of liquor and he is also quite chummy with Hardin as he finds plenty of loot.
